Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy on all full-priced items. Your return window begins on the day your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Free of damage, wear, or alteration.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, returns on earrings are not accepted. 
  • Final Sale Items: These are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
  • Custom or Discounted Items: Custom-made items or items purchased using a discount code (except our welcome discount) are non-returnable.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, you will need to place a new order. Eligible returns will be refunded or credited to your original payment method once processed.

If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.

How to Return

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days.
  • Be sure to include your name and order number inside the return package for faster processing.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Please note: the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
